VPNDN: cross-border network acceleration subscription
VPNDN offers cross-border network acceleration subscriptions: 100+ countries / 150+ routes, unlimited simultaneous devices, from ¥9.9/month. This page covers service positioning, route operations and privacy stance.
Routes for cross-border access and multinational remote work
The service covers two scenarios: people in mainland China who need stable access to international websites, AI tools and streaming platforms; and people outside China who need to reach services back home and keep cross-border work software usable. The two scenarios have different requirements for exit regions and return paths.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, from ¥9.9/month including 60GB; top-up data packs are available for heavier use and never expire. A subscription covers unlimited simultaneous devices, with one account shared across Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

How routes are chosen and issues are handled
Route tiers and troubleshooting follow fixed procedures, so users know what to do next when something goes wrong.
Routes are tiered by purpose
IEPL dedicated lines handle long, stable connections and cross-border work; relay routes carry most everyday traffic and peak-hour load; direct routes serve nearby exits. Every route is tested before it goes live, and the regions and route types listed on the nodes page reflect what is actually available.
Troubleshooting, step by step
If a connection fails, first switch to another route in the same region, then check the client version and subscription status against the checklist in the Help Center; if it still fails, open a ticket in the user panel with your client version and the error message.
Minimal collection, no browsing content logged
The service does not log what users browse or which sites they visit. It keeps only the minimum information needed to run subscriptions, billing and support tickets: account name, subscription status, orders and data usage. Signing up requires only a username and password — no email address.
- No logs of which sites you visit or what you transfer
- No personal data collected beyond what the subscription needs
- Payment via Alipay, WeChat and USDT
- Your subscription link is an account credential — don't share it with anyone
