1. Service Scope and Coverage
VPNDN provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service: traffic to international websites and overseas services is routed over acceleration lines distributed around the world. Coverage currently spans 100+ countries and 150+ routes, and the client supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
Subscription and data pack billing works as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets every month on the activation date, and the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated across the remaining days.
- Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. They last until used up and never expire.
A single account can be online on unlimited devices at the same time. Registration requires no email address — a username and password are all you need. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. For the exact plan contents, routes and supported platforms, refer to the information published on this site.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
- An account may only be used by the person who registered it. There is no limit on the number of devices that can be signed in at once, but the account, subscription links and client configurations may not be resold, rented, lent or publicly shared with others, nor used to provide proxy or acceleration services to third parties.
- Subscription links and account passwords are access credentials — keep them safe. If a link leaks or your data allowance is used by others because you failed to keep them secure, you bear the consequences.
- Automated scripts may not be used to bulk-request, scrape or stress-test the service's APIs or routes, and scanning, probing or attacking the servers is prohibited.
- If an account is found to be shared abnormally, resold or abused, the service provider may suspend or terminate that account's subscription, as described in Section 5.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
When using the service, you must comply with the laws and regulations of your own location and of the place where you use it, and you are responsible for your online activity through the service.
The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others, including but not limited to: network attacks and intrusions, distributing illegal or harmful content, fraud, intellectual property infringement, harassment, and conduct that violates export control or sanctions regulations.
The service provides neutral network path acceleration. It does not change the nature of the content you access and takes no responsibility for the specific content you access. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful where you are.
4. Service Availability and Liability Limits
The service is provided as is. Cross-border routes depend on upstream carriers, international gateways and regional network conditions, so latency may fluctuate and short outages or route changes can occur. The service does not promise fixed bandwidth, latency or availability figures.
Planned maintenance and route changes will be announced on this site in advance whenever possible. The service provider is not liable for indirect losses arising from interruptions caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, power or network outages, regulatory changes, and similar).
You should judge for yourself how important the data you transmit is and keep local backups. For connection problems caused by your device, local network or third-party services, the service provider offers technical support; liability is capped at the amount you have actually paid for the service, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.
5. Grounds for Account Termination
The service provider may suspend or terminate an account and its subscriptions in the following cases:
- Reselling, renting out or sharing the account or subscription links;
- Using the service for unlawful purposes, or attacking the service's APIs or routes;
- Using technical means to get around a plan's data or feature limits;
- Fraud, using another person's payment method, or similar conduct.
When a subscription expires or a data pack runs out, the service stops automatically and resumes after you renew. To close your account, submit a request through the ticket entry in the user panel; once closed, the subscription links and client configurations for that account stop working. Refunds of amounts already paid are handled under the Refund Policy.
6. How the Terms Change
These terms may be updated as the service and legal requirements change. The updated version is published on this page with the last-updated date shown at the top; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the service and request that your account be closed.
Refund rules are set out on a separate page — see the Refund Policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 30 days of your first payment. How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
